If the Franchisee also decides to be the Operator of their location, they will start their day with a nice glass of wine and begin their opening procedures, of counting out the cash drawer, turning on the lights and music and waiting for guests to arrive. During their shift they will be servicing and entertaining their guests, selling wine and having fun! Closing procedures include entering the tip amounts, washing and polishing glasses, sweeping and restocking wine shelves. This concept is both simple and fun to run.
