The Territory you are awarded (that we mutually agree to in the Franchise Agreement) cannot be changed as long as you are a franchisee in good standing . You can also sell that business and Territory later. This is uncommon, but we believe it is important to protect your investment, and understand you expect to realize a return when you retire from the business. (note: the wording to change your Territory is generally initiated by; changes in market conditions, population growth, splits in zip-codes, resale or transfer of business, etc.).
