Welcome to Fishbone Restaurants. We start our day at 10am. We turn the alarm off, turn on the lights, turn on our grills and fryers. We check our inventory in our cold fridge to ensure we have enough sides ands supplies for our day to cover at the least 200 tickets. We then proceed to prepare for the restaurant opening at 11am. We provide service to our regular customers and new customers alike. When it comes time to close we wipe down surfaces, sweep and mop the store in preparation for the next day. We also count the register and batch out.
