We focus on the senior client’s social, physical, medical and financial needs, and we guide, consult and assist the families through the entire process, from initial consultation to a personal visit with their loved one after move-in. Our proprietary The Bridge business management system and BridgIT software provides franchisees with a virtual “business-in-a-box” to help them provide personalized customer service that is second to none in our industry. Franchisee and team members work as Senior Transition Consultants in their local community to provide individualized consultations and recommendations for each client. The focus during the consultation is building trusting relationships with their clients including conversations discussing social, physical, medical and financial status.
