We consult with Seniors and their families at no cost to the client or their family, to connect with all levels of Senior Retirement Communities, including: independent living, assisted living, memory care and long-term care communities. Our business is extremely high touch and customer service driven, with a strong emphasis on creating, building and nurturing strong relationships with families, senior living facilities, and communities. We focus on the senior client’s social, physical, medical and financial needs, and we guide, consult and assist the families through the entire process, from initial consultation to a personal visit with their loved one after move-in. Our proprietary The Bridge business management system and BridgIT software provides franchisees with a virtual “business-in-a-box” to help them provide personalized customer service that is second to none in our industry.
